Description

NutriSource Element Series offers an advanced diet for canine companions. We bring together the best elements of nature’s intention with cutting-edge nutritional concepts. It’s all part of our mission to provide your pet with unsurpassed gut health and support whole-body health.

Element Series diets were created with nutrition in mind. It all starts with the animal protein.

Dogs crave certain foods for a reason — their nutritional needs were shaped by evolutionary biology. That’s why Element comes in four delicious, animal protein packed recipes, each containing at least 83% animal protein in every bowlful. Each ingredient is chosen and sourced with care. We take the time to know our suppliers and focus on purchasing locally whenever possible to support local economies and ensure ingredient quality.

With Element Series we set out to create the ultimate formula that not only satisfies a dog’s appetite, but provides your dog’s body with advanced nutrition. From nose to tail, inside and out, Element Series provides well-balanced nutrition, representing an evolution of canine diets.

Divide the amount shown into 2 feedings daily.

Add approx. 1/4 cup (31g) for every 10 lbs.(4.5kg.) over 100 lbs. (45kg.) daily feeding.

Amount of food consumed will vary based on activity level, age, breed and environment. Standard 8 oz. (250 cc) measuring cup holds approximately 4.4 oz (125 g) of NutriSource® Element Series Wildlands Blend Dog Food. At 5 – 7 months, and again at about 12 months, your puppy will automatically reduce the amount consumed. This is due to a natural reduction in growth rate and the reduced need for calories. Consult your veterinarian if you believe your dog is too thin or overweight. Remember it is important to have clean, fresh water available for your dog at all times.
Reproduction: NutriSource® Element Series Wildlands Blend Dog Food contains the nutrients essential for females in gestation and lactation. During gestation and lactation, food consumption will double or triple.
Feeding Puppies: Begin feeding moistened NutriSource® Element Series Wildlands Blend Dog Food at 3 – 4 weeks of age. Continue feeding moistened food until puppies are able to chew easily. Puppies will consume up to 3 times the volume of food that an adult dog of the same weight would consume. Divide the daily ration for puppies into 3- 4 feedings per day. Adjust the quantity to make sure puppies have food available at all times. After puppies reach adult weight, feed according to the guidelines chart.
Switching Your Dog to NutriSource®: For easiest adjustment, mix increasing amounts of NutriSource® Element Series Wildlands Blend Dog Food with decreasing amounts of your dog’s current food over a 5-day period, until you are feeding only NutriSource®. Adjust as needed for age and activity level.
