Return & Exchange Policy

Curbside pickup orders are offered the same return and exchange privileges as in-store purchases. These returns and exchanges will need to be brought into the store and handled by a member of our staff. We cannot meet you at your car or complete a refund over the telephone or via email.

Food purchases are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If your pet doesn't like the food you've selected, we will happily exchange it for another of our premium foods.

We accept returns of unopened and unused merchandise with a receipt for store credit only within 14 days of purchase. Opened/used merchandise or merchandise purchased on sale is not returnable.

Unwrapped chew bar items, beds, carriers, crates, and special order items cannot be returned or exchanged.

As noted on our FAQ page, we do not deliver. However, should we do so in the future, all returns and exchanges must be handled in-store.
